About Us
George Alvarez founded George's Express in 1986. This is a privately owned family business whose president and vice president are George and Lilian Alvarez. Their two sons, George and James, manage the operations of the company and are always available to assist you.
George Alvarez started his company with only 2 vehicles serving Northern New Jersey and Manhattan. George always envisioned the company becoming a well-known entity to the New York City area. Since then our company has grown into a well-respected small fleet of company owned vehicles offering a variety of services.
Our coverage has grown from local deliveries, to an expanded region of 250 miles from the New York Metro Area.
Our Employees
At George's we take time to train our employees, whether they are already experienced or new to the industry. We emphasize that everyone at George's is part of the same team, and their efforts reflect directly on our company.
Our Drivers
The key to success depends on our drivers. We carefully screen every potential driver to make sure they will represent us properly. All of our drivers are uniformed and must carry identification at all times. This allows our customers to have a better sense of security, and become more familiar with our presence, gaining confidence with our company in order to build a lasting relationship.
