Our Mission Statement
Our mission at George's Express is to provide a safe and expedited service, customizing ourselves to fit the individual needs of our clients and building a lasting relationship with the companies, corporations and people we interact with every day.
We deliver to the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This includes the New York Metro area of North Jersey, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. We also go to Upstate New York, Long Island, the Hamptons, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and as far as Washington, D.C. or Boston.

George Alvarez founded George's Express in 1986 with only two vehicles serving Northern New Jersey and Manhattan. However, he envisioned the company becoming a well-known entity throughout the New York City area.
Today, George's Express has grown into a well-respected fleet of company-owned vehicles offering a variety of services. Our history as a courier has now translated into an ability to respond on-demand with a rapid turnaround. Our coverage has grown from just local deliveries to an expanded region of 250 miles around the New York Metropolitan Area.
George's Express is a privately-owned family business. Our president and vice president are George and Lilian Alvarez, respectively. Their sons George and James manage the operations of the company and are always available to assist you.

Our Employees
At George's Express, we take time to train our employees, whether they are already experienced or new to the industry. We emphasize that everyone is part of the same team and their efforts reflect directly on our company as a whole.
Our Drivers
The key to success entirely depends on our drivers. We carefully screen each potential driver to make sure they will properly represent us. All our drivers are uniformed and must carry identification at all times. This allows our customers to become more familiar with our presence and gain confidence with our company to build a lasting relationship over the years.
Our Vehicles
Our vehicles are fully equipped to facilitate all types of moving services. Every vehicle is company-owned and regularly maintained. We have vehicle sizes and types, ranging from Sprinter Vans to a 16' lift gate truck with a weight capacity of 6,000 lbs.
